Who We Are
The CEO Apprenticeship Program Alumni Association (CAPAA) is the brain child of the CEO Apprenticeship Program (CAP) which was borne out of the recognition of the dearth of competent Ugandans ready to move into corporate leadership positions across Africa.
Driven by the CEO Summit Uganda, catalyzed by strong support from Strathmore Business School, CAPAA was conceived and launched in 2018 to accelerate the readiness of the next-generation CEOs who are visionary & ethical leaders. The Association is fully registered as a company limited by guarantee with a Pioneer Executive committee. The Pioneer Executive committee would like tap into the insights and experience of the CAP class leaders with a view to develop a road map for the Association.
